So far this dehumidifier is working perfectly. Pulled the moisture out of my 2000 square foot crawl space and has been maintaining it at the level I set it to. Also bought the wired thermostat so I can manage it from upstairs without going in my crawl space all the time to check it.Also very easy to change filter.

Install was easy. Hanging it made gravity drain easier.. Leveling the unit was quick with the included pulley system was great!. I can’t believe how quiet suspending the system is.

Easy to order, arrived quickly. The remote controller is a must with the dehumidifier if it is located in a difficult access location.

Only had our unit 3-4 months and so far we have been very pleased with it, everything it was described to be. Easy to install, quiet, and has lowered our large crawl space humidity about 40 % lower.

Our $1200 Santa Fe bit the dust after 8 years and looking for a replacement found this equipment. It’s doing the job well. Don’t know how long it’s going to last. Hopefully the 5 year warranty. Just wish it came with a spare filter to change out. Love that you can wash the filter and reuse.

I was a bit skeptical at first, it was pulling out a couple of gallons of water a day, but couldn’t bring the humidity in my basement to less than 45%. But I think it was extraordinary humidity. When outside humidity returned to reasonable levels it brought it to 40% and has maintained since.

Works well. Nice to be able to see how the dehumidifier is set when you can't get to it very easily.

Most of these type systems are expensive. This one deliveres the results you need at a reasonable price. They should consider selling a platform for the unit. Maybe they do and I missed it. Gravity drain doesnt work great for crawlspaces where the vents are above the ground. We strapped the bad boy to a joist. Best to run a dedicated GFCI to the unit. Good machine at a good price.

This did everything I wanted it to. Good instructions. Easy to install. Very little effort to make everything exactly level. I doubt I'll need another for 30+ years, but if I do I'll remember this company.
