I ordered a unit, and after trying it for a couple of hours, I noticed water leaking underneath. The pump option was on�I could hear the pump running, but no water was flowing. So, I requested a return.They sent me a replacement unit, and upon inspecting it, I noticed a small black cap covering the gravity drain outlet.I realized that the old unit was missing this rubber cap, which is why it was leaking. I placed the rubber cap from the new unit onto the old one, and the leaking stopped�there was nothing wrong with the old unit after all. If you're using the pump option, make sure your unit has the rubber cap on the gravity drain port.There's nothing in the manual that mentions this rubber cap, but it's very important. If you're missing this cap while using the pump option, all the water will leak from the drain.I like this dehumidifier because is very quiet.
