As a professional restoration company, we have had the opportunity to use this unit on the job site now several times. At first glance the unit feels sturdy and well-built and has the kind of weight you would expect from a small dehumidifier. I really liked the onboard trapdoor on top with the drain tube and plug. It is nice that the plug is permanently attached which gives you 1 less attachment to worry about coming undone. The drain tube clips firmly in place and so far has held well. The controls are easy to understand and changes are easy to make. It is fairly intuitive and does not really require a manual to understand or set up. Perhaps the thing I like the most is the extendable handle which allows you to easily pull the unit behind you on the wheels that are attached on the back corners. It seems to go easily over doorjamb's and mildly uneven terrain. It of course does better on smooth floor or concrete. Overall I have to say I am very pleased with this dehumidifier. It seems to function as it should. We currently are using this dehumidifier and small spaces such as bathrooms which we are trying to dry out after flooding.
Works like a regular commercial LGR dehumidifier!! Has an easy to use digital display which allows you to set relative humidity. Light-weight and simple to understand. Definitely recommend for commercial use!
I ordered this dehumidifier to use in my workshop, as it can be tough working during the days (no A/C, Florida). I can’t stress how impressed with its performance I am. It really dries up the space quickly and keeps the humidity way down. It’s not too noisy either. Definitely commercial grade and the price is quite reasonable compared to the competition!
So far this machine seems to operate as expected. It operates pretty quietly overall, except the purge seems to be louder than others, but not a huge deal. So far I’d say this is a good value overall. Only thing yet to be seen is how long it lasts.
