Only had our unit 3-4 months and so far we have been very pleased with it, everything it was described to be. Easy to install, quiet, and has lowered our large crawl space humidity about 40 % lower.

So far this dehumidifier is working perfectly. Pulled the moisture out of my 2000 square foot crawl space and has been maintaining it at the level I set it to. Also bought the wired thermostat so I can manage it from upstairs without going in my crawl space all the time to check it.Also very easy to change filter.
