This also comes with a limited 5-year warranty.
Dual Draining Options
This dehumidifier offers two easy draining methods: use the included 6.5 ft. drainage hose for gravity drainage or opt for the built-in condensate pump, which can direct water up to 19.6 feet or even out a window.

I've had mine a month, it does seem to make a difference in our comfort level inside our house. The owners manual needs some improvement and the user interface isn't very intuitive but it works well. A residential model for indoor comfort needs to be developed, the basic mechanicals and electronics of this model could be used but the exhaust needs to be routed through a large flexible hose to a window insert, like a portable air conditioner. The window insert would have a hose fitting to allow the pump to discharge both the hot air and the condensate through the window insert to the outdoors.
